As certified Nutrition & Pilates Trainer my work is grounded in prevention and long-term wellbeing. I focus on building sustainable habits that support your health before problems arise.
Nutrition provides the fuel, and movement teaches the body how to use it efficiently. When both work together, our body functions at its best. Instead of restrictive diets or extreme training methods, I emphasize education, balance, and consistency.
My mission is to guide and empower others to feel at home in their body. That’s the space I hold and support I offer.
